Shah e Najaf Foundation
About Us
The Shah e Najaf Foundation is a Shia Community located in the Northern Suburb of Melbourne. Our aim is to provide a platform for Momineens to endure their religious practices and commemorate the Ayyam-e-Aza and teachings of Ahl-e-Bayt (a.s.).
In the Name of Allah, the Infinitely Compassionate, the Most Merciful.
We are a community striving to strengthen the faith of believers through the Holy Quran as defined and taught by the Holy Prophet Muhammad and his family (Ahl-e-Bayt; may the peace and blessings be upon them all).
” O ye people! Adore your Guardian-Lord who created you and those who came before you, that ye may have the chance to learn righteousness. ” -Holy Quran, 2:21
We exist to encourage all people to pursue a lifelong of righteousness, peace, and belief in One God. Our aim is to serve the community and to teach the words of wisdom and truth through the Holy Quran.
“Behold, those who attain to faith and do righteous deeds and humble themselves before their Sustainer – they are destined for Paradise, and there shall they abide.” – Holy Quran, 11:23.
Our congregation adheres to the Asna Ashari Shia tradition of Islam in remembrance of the family of Prophet Muhammad Mustafa PBUH [Ahle-Bait] and the descendants of His Daughter Fatimah Zahra A.S
Our community has grown greatly through the years, so we are very eager and excited to see how the future will unfold for Shah-e-Najaf Foundation. In striving for the best possible future for our community, we welcome novel ideas while still honoring the integrity of our tradition.
